Who we are

Allana Steele Enterprises™ is operated by Allana Steele Enterprises (ASE), LLC. This site is operated from the United States, and information is processed in the United States.

Information we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, organization, and message.
• Direct email: anything you send to our published email address.
• Technical data: our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. To prevent spam, we also store a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address and the time of each form submission, so we can limit submissions to five per hour. These records are deleted automatically after about 24 hours.
• Cookies and analytics: this site does not set cookies, use browser storage, run analytics, or include tracking pixels.
• Third-party resources: our fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address and browser details.

How we use it

Only to respond to inquiries, operate and secure the site, and prevent spam and abuse. We do not sell your information, rent it, or use it for marketing.

Service providers

We do not sell your information or share it for marketing. It is handled only by the service providers needed to operate our website and deliver and store our email, acting on our behalf:

• Resend, which delivers contact form submissions to us by email.
• Google Workspace, which hosts our business email.
• Our website hosting and backend infrastructure providers, including Lovable and its underlying cloud services.
• Google Fonts, which serves the fonts used on this site.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are not saved in a database on our site; they exist only as email. We keep them in our business inbox as long as needed to respond and maintain ordinary business records. Our email delivery provider may keep delivery logs for a limited period. Spam-prevention records are deleted after about 24 hours. You can ask us to delete your message at any time.

Sensitive information

Please do not send classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), source-selection or other procurement-restricted information, or sensitive personal information (such as Social Security or financial account numbers) through the contact form or by email.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you sent us by emailing inquiry@asellc.us. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, and the site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Disclosure required by law

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Children

This site is intended for business and government audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy and will revise the "Last updated" date when we do.
